1. Right of Withdrawal
Under UK and EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your package, for any reason and without penalty.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund under the 14-day withdrawal period:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
- The product must be unused and in resaleable condition
- You must not have consumed any of the product
- For food supplements, an opened or used package is not eligible for return (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- All original packaging, labels, and documentation must be intact
3. How to Request a Return
To return a product within the 14-day period:

- Provide Details: Include your name, order number, reason for return, and request a return shipping label if applicable
- Ship the Product: Pack the unopened product securely and return it using the method confirmed by our team
- Proof of Return: Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (the courier payment you made on delivery)
- You will receive notification of your refund by email
- Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of us receiving and accepting your return
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover return shipping costs
- If the return is due to your change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed
6. Cancellation Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched or before the courier reaches you, you can refuse the package at the point of delivery. Simply decline to accept it from the courier and no payment will be collected. Your order will be cancelled at no cost to you.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will replace or refund the product at our discretion
- We will cover all return and replacement shipping costs
8. After 14 Days
Products returned after 14 days from delivery may not be eligible for a refund under consumer withdrawal rights. However, if the product is defective or does not match our description, you may still have remedies under consumer protection law. Please contact us to discuss your options.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products consumed or taken
- Products returned after 14 days from delivery without a valid defect claim
